Delicious / Professional / One of a kind

Posted by Eva Joo on 2nd Feb 2020

I bought a dozen queso de bola and cheese as a gift to my cousin in Ohio. These ensaymadas are the best and authentic ensaymadas you will ever have. This is a must try product. It is worth every penny of it. Chari was so professional. They delivered assorted ensaymadas instead of what I ordered and Chari without hesitation delivered another box with what I initially ordered. I will be Ensaymada Project's forever customer in the bay area!

Perfectly moist, soft, buttery, cheesy ensaymadas! Been a loyal EP customer for some time now. Order them for my family and as gifts for birthday, Thanksgiving and Christmas! Love love my Es!

    Delicious Ensaymadas

Posted by Rose AB on 6th May 2019

I have ordered several times since Ensaymada Project was referred by a friend. The ensaymadas were delicious and plan to order more to give to friends. Am very happy now that I have a source here in California since I normally ask relatives to bring them back from Manila as pasalubong.

I ordered the mix box 1/2 classic and 1/2 Queso de Bolla. I ended up with four classic and the rest cheese. No matter the flavor these are the best I've had outside of Manila.

    EP PERFECT ENSAYMADAS!!

Posted by Bernadette on 3rd Apr 2019

I always ordered online. Ensaymadas we’re consistently fresh and delicious. Can’t have any other Ensaymada. My whole family craves them. Then I mentioned it to my sister. Now her whole family craves them too. So worth it. Went to get more at the Smorgasburg in LA. 30 miles but worth it. No need to ask for Mary Grace for pasalubong. This beats all Ensaymadas.

    Perfection

Posted by Maria Vicente on 26th Feb 2019

EP's ensaymadas are the gold standard as ensaymadas go. The toppings are always tasty and the dough is soft and perfect. We refrigerate them immediately upon getting home. My husband likes to eat them straight out of the fridge but I like to microwave them for 15 seconds - or just until the cheese topping begins to melt into the cup - perfection! The half & half is the best, if you want the traditional classic style but also like the cheesier queso de bola version. Once you try these, you'll want to new flavors. So good that I feel the need to place an order to take home when I am in California. So good that I will wait the 2 days for my online order to get to Nevada.

The best i have ever had!

Posted by Kathryn Gabriel on 14th Feb 2019

Living in the San Francisco bay area, i thought we had the BEST ensaymada. Two bakeries had made my personal best list for ensaymadas for many years now and my “go to” for ensaymada gifts—House of Silvanas and Auntie Em’s,—well not anymore.... The Ensaymada Project knocked both of my personal best list bakeries off my best list. The Ensaymada Project WINS hands down! I have a sweet tooth, and consider myself a sweet expert. I have had all the sweets there is, especially filipino desserts. These ensaymadas, both queso de bola and the classic cheese are just done right. The cheese is not overpowering, the bread part tasty, Chari uses the best ingredients for her ensaymadas and you can definitely taste it! As an added bonus, she uses these fancy baking cups that does not melt when you heat the ensaymadas in the microwave and they look great for gift giving. The flavors / taste are just how I remembered it growing up in the Phillippines ...These ensaymadas are the only ones I will eat and give out as gifts going forward —and i am not kiidding.
