Queso de bola ("ball of cheese") is an aged, semi-hard cheese that hails from the Netherlands.  It is customarily grated on the Filipino ensaymada and served with slices of jamón during Noche Buena -- the traditional feast of Christmas Eve which lasts until the early hours of Christmas Day.  You can order Chari's iconic ensaymada by the dozen, all year round!

Sharing these Es is the hardest part!

You know how you sometimes taste something so particularly scrumptious you have to close your eyes? Yeah, that'll happen when you bite into these queso de bola Es. Our fave will always be the classic, but this is a close second, with just enough cheesy flavor mixed in with the butter, and that perfect dough! Yup, it is hard to part with these delectables!
